As well as being available in a number of variants, plastic is available in different forms, including sheet material. We mainly use sheet material for the manufacture of sliding plates, buffer strips and belt guides for example for the offshore or mechanical engineering sector.
Plastic sheet material or fiber reinforced plastic sheet
In addition to sliding plates, buffer strips and belt guides, a wide range of alternative form parts can also be produced from plastic sheet, for example for agriculture of civil engineering applications.
Range
Technical plastics are available in a number of variants. Each variant has its own unique characteristics to meet the needs of a specific application. The following plastic types are commonly used in industrial applications:

- PE1000 (UHMWPE) or polyethylene
- Teflon (PTFE) or polytetrafluoroethylene

- Peek or polyether ether ketone
